NEFF Rider Sage Kotsenburg Podiums At Dew Tour Breckenridge
Sage popped off a 900, a 1080, and a doublecork 1080 over the jump line and won himself a spot on the podium. This was the first stop of the Dew Tour Series and was a strong showing for the other Neff riders: Torstein Horgmo, Sam Hulbert, Scotty Lago and Charles Guldemond.
NEFF Olympic Hopefuls
December 18th. 2009 – Neff Headwear athletes Louie Vito and Scotty Lago will compete in this years US Olympic Team Qualifiers. The first event was held December 10-12th at Copper Mountain and was an amazing start for the Neff riders with Vito placing second. Vito throw back to back doubles which was a first for him in any competition. “I’ve got a few different spins I’m going to mix up, but I just want to keep it consistent. I was already in, which was all I cared about,” Vito said. “I think Shaun felt the same way. It’s always practice and you’ve just got to step it up, take it up another notch and just get ready for tomorrow.”
As current contenders for the US Olympic Team, Vito and Lago will be battling it out in the five-event qualifying series ending in Park City on January 23, 2010, where the US Olympic Snowboard team will be announced. Make sure to stay tuned and see who wins the next spot to go for gold in 2011.

Wrightwood, CA – December 5, 2009: Neff was at Mt High for the unveiling of Cory Cronk’s signature feature at Mt High. His vertical jib is one of the more technical features ever built with two diagonal take offs popping up to a floating log stall. Starting at 10 feet high, the jib hides two hydraulic lifts which can easily raise the top up to 12 feet high adding to the difficulty and the danger. How did you get into snowboarding?
1. My neighbor down the street skated and i got a board one day and he showed me a few things to get me going he was a cool dude.
What are your interests outside of snowboarding?
2. I like to draw alot and i like to make things haha also i like to hang out with my friends and just kick back.
Who are your snow influences?
3. I would say reynolds koston all those legends as i was growing up but also more than anyone my friends going out and pushing one another to see how rowdey we can get.
Share a wild experience over the last year?
4. Well i dont have to many PG stories but i did break up a pretty interesting fight between the decenzo brothers one night.
What would you like to accomplish in your lifetime?
5. Well im not sure i have not thought about it to much, probably just set my mind on something and make it happen, id like to eventually go pro one day.
